Reflective Learning: Reading

In the last session, we looked at reflective learning.  Since, then I have read the documents that were asked.  They contained some good ideas about reflective learning (Kolb and Gibbs) and made me think about looking back at what I have learnt.  I don't really tend to look back at my notes and think about what happened and analyse the idea that I have settled on.  I'll have to start considering these thing in order to help my learning.  Starting a learning journal seems like a good idea because its a good way of keeping track of any thoughts I had while reflecting on my work.
